Previously I gave Mr. Florez one star. This was because he didnt show up when he said he was going to and never called me. Mr. Florez was quick to explain himself and the reason he didn't call me is because of a mis-communication error (he tried to text but he had my house number; not my cell. He also had a very good reason for missing the appointment and it was an emergency that I understood after he explained). He offered to come over the very next day. He arrived on time, and he was very quick and did a great job. I would rehire him after this experience.

Sorry. Truck was broken into as I was leaving the mall. Waited for the police for s report and took longer than expected. I can cut the lawn at a discount tomorrow

David was so awesome!! He took on our job and was completely flexible with our specific schedule. He also helped us with last-minute tasks without hesitation.
