I recommend a personal consultation and training session to start the diet and fitness plan. I charge $150 for the first meeting. A second meeting at the gym of your choice can be arranged for $75.00. Further consultation is $35.00 per hour and packages of coaching time can be arranged in advance. You can phone me with a quick question (less than 15 minutes) at no charge. Different folks need different amounts of time.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I realized that obesity is a dangerous disease and that I cannot be indifferent in the presence of those who are suffering from it. I want to help them.
