Over phone it was told as a free service call. However, after checking, when it was confirmed that there is no issue and no further work is required, they charged a service call fee. No where in the call/chat/thumbtack description of the service charge was mentioned. I would recommend them to update this right when talking to customer and not hiding stuff for later
