- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices do vary depending on location and date. I personalize each quote to each request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call them to go over any questions or concerns they may have as well as confirm when and where their appointment is. I ask them to send me any photos they would like if they have inspiration and tell them to feel free to contact me at anytime. I text them the day before the appointment to confirm I have them down at a certain time and place and I show up on-time for their appointment the day of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a few cosmetics companies for 7 years, I've travelled to different states and cities to offer my services, and I've learned from top artists their tricks of the trade and using those to help further my business. I also received my degree in cosmetology at the Beauty Arts and Sciences in Las Vegas, NV.
