I hate that I can only choose three of the rating categories bc she definitely deserves all five listed and more! My makeup was on point for the NYE event I was hosting at the end of last year and she was very good about her communication with me and working with me alongside her own expertise to create a replica of the exact style that I had in mind to replicate the overall look of “Maddie [dance mom] style” makeup, which she pulled off indubitably with her own vast makeup supplies and her mobile setup for the new norm of house calls!

Farina is an amazing person and MUA. She responds right away and showed up to our wedding venue exactly when she said she would. I am used to doing my own makeup and I am very particular, but Farina did a phenomenal job and I didn’t have to ask her to change a thing. She listened to all of our requests and everyone was obsessed with their makeup. She even went as far as giving me a little gift with makeup to touch up throughout the night. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with a new client starts with a consultation where I get to know their style, skin type, and the look they’re hoping to achieve. I ask questions about the occasion, their comfort level with makeup, and any preferences for colors or products. From there, I customize a look that enhances their natural features while making sure they feel confident and comfortable. I also share recommendations for skincare or prep if needed, so the makeup lasts beautifully. Throughout the process, I keep communication open, checking in to make sure they love the direction we’re going. My goal is always to provide a luxury, personalized experience that feels effortless and results in a flawless finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified makeup artist through QC Makeup Academy and Master Makeup Academy, where I gained professional training in beauty techniques, skin prep, and product knowledge. I also specialized in airbrush makeup, which helps me create flawless, long-lasting looks for weddings, special events, and photography. In addition, I’m a certified permanent makeup artist, which allows me to offer services like lip blushing and brows. My combined certifications and hands-on experience allow me to provide a wide range of high-quality, customized beauty services to my clients."
