- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please keep in mind because I am passionate and serious about my small business a non-refundable/ non transferable retainer will be required to confirm your appointment. Note that the retainer goes towards your service and the rest of the amount is due the day of your event. Reminder that if no retainer is sent, no appointment is confirmed meaning someone else who does send in their payment can always take that time slot for the day of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Along with my policy, I require a photo of you with out any makeup for skin tone reference.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took a leap of faith with this passion of mine and made this my full time job.
