Those instructions will be sent to you after you schedule your appointment. Full service package includes: • Shampoo • Conditioner • Dry/Brush • Ear cleaning • Toe nail trim and file/grind • Teeth (Tooth brush and oral rinse) • Expression of anal glands (do not recommend if they have not been done already) Furminator/de-shedding/thinning Please contact me if you need assistance with cost of grooming. I don’t want anyone to go without care because of concerns of cost.

Very quick and easy process I just wanted to get a nail trim for my Pup Wally and Nicole did a really quick and easy job with him. My pup tends to squirm a lot and resists when I try to cut his nails so that’s why I decided to get Nicole who had better experience with it than I am. She came to the car and greeted me with care and took my baby pup with care and within like minutes later it was all done and fine. She doesn’t charge charge for nail trims for your pups which is amazing since she’s giving back to the community and has the love for pups so I’m thankful for the opportunity of receiving this service from her for sure I am coming back again for maintenance and possibly a hair haircut for my pup in the future. :)

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I am aware that there are tough times and we do not always have extra money for grooming needs. I do not want anyone to go without care because of money. I will work with you.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    An introduction phone call is best so we can discuss the needs of your furbaby(ies). I am always happy to meet with you and your baby to see if we are a good fit for each other before anything is scheduled. It is important to me that both the parents and fur-babies are comfortable with our interaction and time spent together.
