- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am aware that there are tough times and we do not always have extra money for grooming needs. I do not want anyone to go without care because of money. I will work with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An introduction phone call is best so we can discuss the needs of your furbaby(ies). I am always happy to meet with you and your baby to see if we are a good fit for each other before anything is scheduled. It is important to me that both the parents and fur-babies are comfortable with our interaction and time spent together.
