- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Respond with availability for date requested. 2. If not able to meet availability, offer alternative date. 3. Request location address, email and phone number. 4. Answer all questions to include estimated cost. 5. Confirm date/time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Accounting and a Master in Management combined with over 34 years in federal (military and civilian) service. I am a member of the National Notary Association, (NAA), have completed Remote Online Notary (RON) training and I'm a Texas approved RON using the approved docverify platform for credential verification.
