I have been a professional restaurant chef (2 of those years teaching cooking classes) for almost a decade and am proficient in many styles and techniques with regard to cooking. I've competed on Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen 3 times and have won every episode. I bring a fun, unique outlook to cooking and teaching others. Chef Jenny nailed it. We needed plenty of hangover food for our post-wedding crew, and she blew us all away with her homemade breakfast sandwiches, delicious eggs (made on-site), cinnamon rolls and the best bagels I've had outside of NYC / Jersey. Chef Jenny was incredibly personable, easy (and fun) to work with and exceeded all expectations. Looking forward to working with Chef Jenny again. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Jenny made the desserts for my daughter’s bridal shower last month. The dessert table was a huge hit. Everything was made from scratch & had delicious special touches like a passinfruit filing in the gorgeous cake, sea salt used to enhance the brownies as well as deliciousness cookies that were gobbled up! I can’t tell you enough about what a success it was because of Jenny! When people beg to take the leftovers, you know that your party was a hit! I am going to hire Jenny next month to teach a cooking class in my home because so many of the guests loved her! She is funny, punctual, efficient, very affordable,a pleasure to work with, listens to your requests and is a delight just like her food!!

I want to make sure that the communication between a client and myself is very clear so that I can be thorough and deliver exactly what they are looking for in experience and product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking professionally in restaurants and catering for 9 years in total. I know how to organize events, plan a menu, and execute efficiently. I have a bubbly personality and I love talking to people.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cooking when I was in college as a way to pay the bills and I fell in love with it and never looked back. I found that I love to work with others and to teach and pass along my knowledge.
