Vanessa and her team were absolutely wonderful! They organized my garage and one of my guest rooms to help make space for my baby arriving in November. Im so excited to share my experience with space and balance, Vannessa was very quick to respond from the beginning, she listened to what I needed and used the space I have to its best potential to organize the clutter, my family and I moved 4 times last year, therefore we had a lot of boxes and Vannessa was so patient in looking at everything and making a plan to best fit everything in an organized way, on the other hand, she is very easy to talk to, feels like you're having a friend helping out, she is so understanding and pleasant to work with. I’ve always have a real passion to organize and I am confident of the life changing that this transformation brings to people’s lives.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would first listen to the clients expectations, make a virtual or in person consultation. And once starting the process I would work with the client decluttering and making sure that they keep what they want. I will make a space planning and suggest organizing ideas to make it functional and from there the magic begins putting everything back in place with a fresh and beautiful look.
