Introduction: I actually practice what I preach and don't get caught up in the latest fads. Having over 30 years experience in this field I have no patience for nonsense gimmick programs that have infiltrated the fitness marketplace just to make money with no basis in getting results.
Seeing people improve both physically and mentally. There is no better feeling that seeing a shy kid come out of his shell as a result of becoming stronger in the gym.
