I have been working with Chris for 3 months and I have lost 25 pounds, and my back pain has gone away. Chris helped me to set my goals and showed me how important weight training, cardio, and nutrition are to reaching my goals. I started at his beginner fitness level, and now I just started at his intermediate fitness level. Now we have set new goals and my life is changing for the better. Chris is very professional and always on time for all my sessions. He is very reliable and I can always count on him for motivation and encouragement. He is extremely knowledgeable and by far the best trainer I have worked with. I recommend if you want someone who truly knows what they are doing to contact Chris.

I've had chirs as a personal trainer for a few months now and i have seen great improvement. He has helped me lose over 20 lbs. and has given me great advice in how to improve my health outside of the gym.

I have been working with Chris for about 2 months now and he has helped me improve my overall strength , agility , speed, posture and range of motion for the sport of grappling ,not mention the lessons he has given me about how the human body functions and how to use corrective stretching to help alleviate my imbalances to achieve a better range of motion. He is a great coach who loves what he does, I will recommend Chris to anyone who is looking to improve thier health , athletic ability , or anyone who just Wants to lose a few lbs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    My Bachelors degree is in Kinesiology. I also have two certifications that I renew every year by continuing education through their organization. In addition to that, I continue to study everyday, whether it is physiology, biomechanics, injuries, training theory, biology or many other subjects. I never want to be stuck where I am, I always want to make myself better.

    I have always loved fitness and sports and I wanted to share my passion and help others be their best.

    To do your research and find out the trainer's education, experience, and practical knowledge of training.
