- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require that my first time customers fill out a short form letting me know of their pet's needs. This is to include any additional services needed such as nail trimming, medication administration and so forth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a Veterinary Technician for over 10 years. I have worked extensively with wildlife, exotics, dogs and cats. I hold a CVA-1 and keep it current through continued education.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with various customers based on their needs. I am comfortable working with special needs pets. I am skilled and knowledgeable about medications and their typical dosage and administration. I am able to administer injectable medications such as insulin or antibiotics for birds. I am skilled in emergent care and am able to provide triage and CPR if necessary.
