FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself in simple pricing. Let's talk about your details and tailor your session just for you. Be prepared to invest in a session fee of $150 and also the cost for your products (prints, CD, album, USB file, easy download, etc.).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a phone consultation to discuss the client's needs and get to know one another a bit. We reserve the date with a $150 retainer. Prior to the session date, I will assist in coordinating clothing, make up (if requested), locations, props, etc. We will also discuss how you would like to receive your images, the custom products I have to offer and the costs of those different options. We will plan and prepare you for your actual session, which will be a lot of fun! We will walk to various spots, talk, laugh and get really great images along the way. I like to make people feel comfortable and show their natural smiles! About a week after your session, you'll get to see your images in the comfort of my Gallery, with my guidance to make your selection. All Wall Art is installed by hand in your home and all products delivered to your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning about my craft and I am involved in various groups, workshops and have many mentors that I work closely with as well. I am also equipped to design heirloom albums, stationary, invitations, holiday cards, announcements and wall art.
