Originally, I was looking for a toilet install but there was a more urgent issue; shower leak into the closet. I absolutely feel LUCKY Rudy came to the house today. First, let's talk price. Very fair. In fact, I'd go as far as saying you will not beat it. Secondly, he is super knowledgeable and comes to do the work you asked him to do. He doesn't try to sell you replacements, (though he will tell you if you should begin thinking about it), he will not try to charge crazy high prices, but he WILL tell you exactly what went wrong and the simplest way to fix it. On top of that, he's just a very nice man. Easy to talk to. So anyway, he fixed my shower issue that was becoming a real mess and while he was here, he swapped the leaky knob on the hose dripping out back so it's easier for my daughter to turn it. I'm like you. I don't trust all repair folks a full 100% at first. Seems like someone is always out to hustle you. I can tell you without hesitation that RUDY is now going to always be my plumber and he should be yours too. Thanks, man. I really appreciate your honest service. :) :)

I was very happy with the water heater maintenance and repair service I received from Rudy. He responded to my request on a Sunday and was able to come out on Monday. He explained everything he was doing, recommended a safety change that was needed to my water heater piping and fixed it on the spot. He was friendly, responsive and had very competitive rates. I will definitely be calling him again for any plumbing needs!

I give pricing after I evaluate the situation. I don't charge for coming out and I give you a free evaluation. It's hard to give a price over the phone and on Thumbtack without seeing the problem yourself. that's why I come out at no chg.

Educating the customer the importance of doing it the right way. Answer all their questions, giving them peace of mind and earning their trust
