Martin gave me a price which was lower than other bids I had received. However, the QUALITY of his SERVICE was top dollar! He came as promised. He did the installation exactly as promised as well as providing us with valuable information concerning the cause of the original problem. There were NO surprises! Contacted Thumbtack 10/6/15. Martin was the first to reply. He made a fair offer ( verbal bid ) and was able to replace two water heaters the next day. All fittings were replaced to code. The job was completed in 4.5 hours and the mess was all cleaned up. No left over boxes or scraps. He does it right. Clean cut, well spoken, no problems.

Martin came to my home to give an estimate on a gas water heater. Thinking it was going cost an arm & leg…the cost for a new water heater and labor was way below what I thought. He came out at my convenience and quickly replaced it. He is very friendly and honest about the work that will be done and completed. Will hire again for any other plumbing issues.
