- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All session fees currently include fully edited , full resolution digital files and a print release.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we may email, speak on the phone, or text back and forth. Once a client has decided to schedule with me I send a paypal invoice to reserve the session date/time. The remainder of the session fee is not due until the day of the session. I try to post Facebook samples within 24hrs, usually the evening after the session. My clients full password protected online album is ready within 2 weeks. Images can be downloaded from that album in full resolution for self printing or use online.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in studio style Newborn artistic images , and business and modeling headshots. I also offer maternity portraits, cake smash sessions for birthdays, and traditional children's birthday portraits, and office sessions for groups of 10 or more business headshot customers.
