I highly recommend Pure Pressure Pro! Rick and his team did an outstanding job moving furniture for me between three different locations. They were professional, careful, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. What really stood out was Rick’s communication. Whenever schedules shifted slightly, he kept me informed every step of the way and was extremely flexible with my last-minute changes. The communication was excellent, and he was professional and quick to respond to messages, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience became frustrating because the quoted price changed multiple times after arriving. I understand that photos don’t always tell the whole story, but having the price increase more than once made it difficult to know what to expect. I would recommend getting a firm price in writing before the work begins. Overall, the job was completed, but the repeated price changes left me disappointed.
