- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking lots of questions! Every project is unique and may require specific methods and processes to ensure the work being done is thorough and effective. Every surface is always given special care and attention to detail, drawing from experience, to determine what tools and cleaning agents are needed to achieve the best results safely without risking damage to the customer's property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 6 years of experience specializing in residential and commercial exterior cleaning. I began working for a large window cleaning/janitorial company from San Antonio in which I spent the last 2 years as operations manager training staff and overseeing multiple projects on a daily basis before venturing out on my own. I make it my personal mission to stay updated on the best methods and techniques in the industries I work in so that my customers always receive a superior service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Looking for a more stable work schedule led me to try the window cleaning profession. I've been continually learning from my experiences and enjoying what I do ever since.
