Introduction: My company is small. I don't have the expenses of a large company and therefore I don't need to have large numbers of properties to make a good living. Because of this I have more time to spend with my clients, my clients properties and their tenants. This is how I make my living but my priority is not to squeeze every dollar out of my clients and tenants. My priority is providing the best service I can. I have never lost a client due to poor performance. Few have the experience I do, being a hands on property manager since 1997. I'm not just the guy who owns the company I'm the person that actually works on your property and makes the decisions. My clients have a very experienced property manager. The company has been growing every year since I opened the doors in 2014. I assure you that I will always maintain a portfolio small enough to allow me to provide the quality customer service that my current clients now enjoy. I like the interaction I have with people. I enjoy my dealings with clients, tenants and vendors. I like that it's never the same. I like that part of my job takes me out of the office. I like to check on my properties. I enjoy maintaining quality in the properties I manage. I take pride in what I do and value my reputation.
