The primary duties are to obtain maximun income and to ensure that the property is well maintained. We will maintain a diplomatic relationship between the owner and the tenant through personal contact and in the form of our Residential Report. "FOR RENT" and a lock box are normally placed on the property 30 days prior to the date that a tenant will be moving out. Our agent will preliminary qualify the prospective tenant before showing your properties. The prospective tenant will be given the Residential Lease Application to fill out. Then a credit and criminal check is run on the prospective tenant. A crimunal check will be run on anyone over 18 that will be living in the property.
