- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is a percentage. It isn't a standard $ amount. Buying a home is typically free to use me. Their will be cost's such as inspections, Appraisals or, Termite to name a few. Selling is typically only 6%. now depending on the price of the home, it can be adjusted marginally. But I work very hard for that money and am constantly vigilant on getting you top dollar for your home. Everything I do until your close is essentially fronted financially by me. There are no up front costs other than your repairs of needed. Property Management is the only one where I have a Minimum price if the cost of rent is to low. Usually that has a range of 8-10% depending on amount of work, number of properties and such.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting you and getting to understand your needs is key. Making sure that all your wants and needs fit in your budget. Really just letting you get to know me. Trust and confidence is very important to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the office we have over 40+ Years of Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Property Management to include Commercial as well! Our Broker has been in the business forever and we are consistently training to better serve you and our industry. We have several contractors with special pricing to cut costs as well.
