Remy has been my property manager for about 9 years and has always done an outstanding job for me. When dealing with Texas Realty Group I always get personal service. I can always get hold of Remy, himself, when needed. It is not like dealing with a large impersonal company where I may not know who I am talking with.
Remy has helped me obtain tenants and then keep them, with his efficiency and professionalism. He has also helped me solve repair problems and emergency plumbing issues from long distance, since I live out of state. He has practical knowledge and good contacts which seem to help keep the cost of repairs down. I trust Remy's opinion when I need to ask him for advice, and even though I am out of state, I feel like my property is in good hands. Remy has always been honest and reliable, and I highly recommend him and his assistant, Mark Perez.
