- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no direct fee to my client for services when buying real estate. The seller will normally pay 3% of the sales price as a commission. All commissions are transparent and fully disclosed in the closing documents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients I will ask a lot of questions to determine your likes and dis-likes. After a home is found I will explain the different contracts, disclosures, and amendments. I will also assist with securing financing, inspections, and appraisals.
