- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm happy to answer any questions about fees after we discuss the amazing services you will be receiving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with clients thru Zoom (or telephone if preferred) to learn about their needs first. I will ask pertinent questions in order to gain an understanding of what your goals are. For my selling clients: that begins with a detailed market analysis of your property & neighborhood and having a conversation of where your property fits in, based on the sales data. We will then schedule an appointment for me to view your property in person. For Buyers: We begin with finding out what you are looking for in a home, what your needs are and then setting an appointment for a Buyer's Consultation and getting connected with one of my preferred lending partners to start the loan pre-approval process. Please don't worry! I will be your guide and walk you thru each step of the process!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Realtor for many years. I hold many industry designations (that is the alphabet soup you see behind my name)! I am proud to say that I have logged over 900+ hours of continuing education thru the Texas Real Estate Commission! I stay abreast of the latest laws, trends, technology, etc so that I may better serve my clients.
