FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. I do not assume I know what the client wants. I let the client tell me what they expect, including suggestions. Once we establish the goal, we work to meet it. I also check-in with them as often as needed to ensure appropriate outcomes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Radio, Televison, and Film production. I have certifications in various software applications, and I have decades of on-the-job practical experience from national award-winning professionals.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I advise potential clients to get some background information about the process for your project and ask questions. I love answering questions, especially when the client has researched a little about what their project will entail. Don't be afraid to ask questions regardless of how much you know.
