My husband and his friend went in to do a project. First time recording and he answered all the questions they had. Gave them helpful hints about what could be changed along with some pointers and ideas to get them started. They enjoyed their time there, also learned a lot about the recordings and how everything worked. It was a friendly and helpful environment. Will definitely be going back!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. I do not assume I know what the client wants. I let the client tell me what they expect, including suggestions. Once we establish the goal, we work to meet it. I also check-in with them as often as needed to ensure appropriate outcomes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Radio, TV, and Film production. I have certifications in various software applications, I have FAA Certification to fly my drone for video and photography projects, and I have decades of on-the-job practical experience from national award-winning professionals.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I advise potential clients to get some background information about the process for your project and ask questions. I love answering questions, especially when the client has researched a little about what their project will entail. Don't be afraid to ask questions regardless of how much you know.
