- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have a basic price system, but it changes a little depending upon the extent of the client needs. For example, The range is $100-$300 for a resume package. The range is from an entry-level to executive resume. I charge $100 for a basic entry level resume, cover letter, and reference page (ideal for the new college graduate) whereas a mid-level career or executive level professional is charged a higher rate. My career coaching rate is $50 per hour via phone or skype. For in person sessions,$60. I do not accept insurance. Career coaching services range from mock interviewing, step by step career building lessons and tips. Also I offer some job placement assistance for an additional fee to be discussed with the individual client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once I am hired by a new client, I like to take some time to speak in-depth with the client to not only explain how I assist my clients, costs, deadlines if any,etc, but I also want to know their goals and what they want to gain from our partnership. I always allow questions and expression of any concerns, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Not only do I possess a BA in Human Resources Management, but also a BA in Mass Communications. In addition to formal education, I have 20 years of Human Resources experiences in conjunction with over 7 years of direct career coaching and motivation accompanied by frequent speaking engagements regarding my area of expertise.
