FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That all our estimations are based on facts and that we don't mark up our materials. We are more then fair and transparent when it comes to pricing a job out especially since we like using top notch quality materials. If something comes up unexpectedly during the job, I won't hold you hostage as some might but instead I try to charge nothing extra just cover the materials and we continue on to completion. Let me put it this way, 80% of our clients have called us back to do other jobs for them and their families.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out listen to what the client wants done I'll inspect share my opinion and give him a free quote on what they want without being pushy about getting it done or scheduling it. I don't like that done to me so I don't do it to others.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, I started out as an apprentice union carpenter and that was 22 yrs ago. Since then I've gotten over 64 historical restorations under my belt, 36 New builds and over 12 commercial outlets built. I specialize in framing and roofing but I also got a knack for designing.
