Be careful of a roofing company that only base their estimates on Drones and Google Earth. I also had an estimate from another company that said a new roof replacement was required. When Jose inspected the roof this was definitely not the case.
I was happy that Jose came and physically inspected my roof to verify the condition of my 8 year old roof. Not only did he inspect he offered to make repairs to what he believes to be causing the leak into my exterior door. He made repairs and re-caulked the suspect areas. I am very pleased with the service and the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend Jose and his company and will reach out to Jose for further work.
