I spoke with Jose after finding his business on thumbtack and set up an on-site estimate for the following day. He was very punctual and professional. Performed an inspection of my roof as requested free of charge, after the heavy rains this week. Made note that my leak over my door was likely caused by a caulking issue as my roof was in good condition. Be careful of a roofing company that only base their estimates on Drones and Google Earth. I also had an estimate from another company that said a new roof replacement was required. When Jose inspected the roof this was definitely not the case. I was happy that Jose came and physically inspected my roof to verify the condition of my 8 year old roof. Not only did he inspect he offered to make repairs to what he believes to be causing the leak into my exterior door. He made repairs and re-caulked the suspect areas. I am very pleased with the service and the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend Jose and his company and will reach out to Jose for further work.

Jose is a breath of fresh air. While other roofers pressured me to file an insurance claim for a full replacement, they were honest and told me the truth — my roof only had minor cosmetic damage and didn’t need a full replacement. I really appreciate their integrity and highly recommend them.
