We had Eloy come out to bid our small project and he was professional and helpful at that time. In the following days we waited for a bid, when it cane in it was very reasonable so we agreed to higher them. A day or two later I called to schedule our start time and I had to remind him, first off who I was, and second what my job was. No big deal in the big picture, but it got worse. They were supposed to show up on a Tuesday to start what was probably a 3 day job, max, and no one showed. I called to see what the hold up was and he didnt know who was scheduled for my job. We went back and forth all the rest of the day sayig he was going to get back to me, but never could keep his time commitment he made to returning my calls/texts. Its now been a week later and he hasnt sent a contract and is now saying he needs to redo my bid because it was too low, so he is going to raise it. We were waiting on a phone call for more information and its now been 2 1/2 hours after when he said he would call back. This is not professional, no mater how small the job, so I would recommend caution if wanting to use this company. I feel bad for leaving a review like this, but the frustration level of trying to get my job done has reached its peak. Buyer beware.
Texas International Construction San Antonio's reply
Hello Katie My sincere apologies to you, from me and behave of Texas international construction, I agree that we gave you a estimate but then you told me you want extra things to be done, but for the same price because of your budget. We never requested any money from you. I do agree we had a miscommunication issue due to the fact that you were working. And sometimes I'm with clients and I consider it rude to be on the phone. I always called you back right away . In reference to us not being there, was because of the changes and I can't execute a job with out a sign contact where my employees are going to be working due to insurance purposes. I tried my best to keep you posted and happy even calling after hours. You wanted tile floors, add a new door, electrical wiring, lighting, dry wall, tape float, texture and paint and the base boards. You wanted all this work for 450.00. Again my sincere apologies to you.
