Emerson was great to work with. He responded promptly each time, answered my questions while he worked on my computer, and got it done in a timely fashion. He was also available for phone support after his services so I’d say he went above and beyond. I’d definitely recommend him for your tech repair needs

5-star professional service! Very quick (less than 24 hrs) turn-around time my export to external hard drive project! Emerson was able to diagnose the issue with my laptop just from conversation & identify/explain multiples solutions right on the spot. Knowledgeable regarding where to go to get what parts

I hired Emerson to fix a number of problems with my iMac desktop computer: slow response time on Safari; installation of Snow Leopard upgrade; slow Wi-Fi; and a problem with the printer. Not only did he do everything well, he was able to fix a few problems with the hard drive that he encountered along the way. And he saved me from having to buy a new printer.
I'd definitely hire Emerson again. I was impressed not only with the quality of his work but also with his professional manner and style. He arrived on time, well-dressed, and was friendly and pleasant to work with.

Emerson Suazo said he would fix the problem I had with my laptop but he has not. Despite the work he did on it, I have the exact same problem with it that I had before he worked on it, which is that the battery will not charge. I have replaced the battery, and this has not helped either. Not only did Emerson not resolve the problem but he wound up charging more money than the amount he quoted me for the job. And now he will not return my phone calls. Very poor experience!
