I requested photos so I could see damage left by removal satellite on roof to send to roofer. Unfortunately I was not able to forward those photos from thumbtack to the Roofer. I appreciate the photos so I could look at the damage . Advise client to use their own phone if needed.

Calling from out of San Antonio, on behalf of my father, he did the job I requested, and even though scheduled for the day after Easter, he said he had a few extra hours and offered to do the job on Easter. He was patient, beyond helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way, and called me once the job was done. Extremely nice guy, very sensitive to family needs—my father is very much senior, but was treated with the utmost respect. If only everybody out there who does jobs like this acted like this.
