Law Security has provided terrific protection for my family for over 20 years. They are very professional, responsive and customer oriented. Our recent service call was handled by Alfred. He is top shelf. He quickly determined our situation and fixed it right away. Then he continued to go above and beyond and checked our whole system. He replaced 7 batteries in windows. They were all functional, but he changed them anyway to insure our protection. He is a pro and extremely knowledgeable. He represents the finest of Law Security.

We do not submit reviews very often, but we feel we need to share our experience with Law security. After 23 years, we finally cancelled with ADT because their rates continued to increase and their customer service continued to decline. Per a signed contract, I called to say that we were cancelling with a 14 day notice. The ADT technician who handled the call said that ADT does not go by a signed contract. He said ADT requires a 30 day notice which would take us into the next billing cycle. I said that I should not receive a bill for the extended timeframe, and he said we would not get a bill. Of course, we got an accelerated bill for the days not covered by the last payment. One time we were having problems with the ADT system, and an ADT team came to our home with a focus on selling us a more expensive package than fixing the problem. Twice, we tried to get technical support late at night, and someone who barely spoke English answered the call for ADT and argued with us about what system we had in our home. Our neighbor told us we should try Law Security since she had used them for years and loved their customer service. We did, and we are very pleased. ADT was constantly raising our rates when there were no changes requested or received. I asked the owner of Law how often they plan to raise their rates, and she said in about 45 years. Everyone at Law Security have been friendly and patient with all of our questions and requests. They have never made us feel as though they need to hurry to their next installation or other task. The Law security technician who installed our new Law system gave us his personal cell phone and said we could call him anytime if we had a question or a problem. Our experience with ADT vs Law is dramatically different. We feel we have moved from the dark side into the light. Law is a family owned business, and the attention they give their customers is unique in today's environment, and it is obvious each employee takes pride in working for Law Security. If anyone has any problems with their current security system, recommend strongly they call Law Security. Law's installation fees and monthly charges are also lower than ADT.
