- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
So I aim to please when it comes to pricing, I prefer to have happy customers and good prices, vs high prices and less customers. My work speaks for itself. So I will work with you on prices but I do charge a service fee to come look if that’s all your wanting and if it’s a two story it’s an additional fee on top of the install or whatever job your wanting done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get with my customers and ask for pictures to see what I’m dealing with and after that I give a price range for the work, and once we confirm wanting to move forward we find a date that best suits us both. Then once Jobs complete I’ll send pictures and ask for a review and the rest is good history.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Osha 10 and 30 as well as my Tdlr Apprentice license
