Fantastic! We had moved here less than a year ago and briefly tested the system to see if it worked. We found that many of the sprinkler heads were not functioning correctly. We decided to put it off for a while thinking it was going to be really expensive to repair.
Free contacted bexar county irrigation through the app because we thought it was time to get our lawn looking good! I explained to them that this house was a rental for about 10 years before we purchased it last year. I didn't think the system was in too great of shape and wasn't sure what, if any previous maintenance had been done.
They really could have hosed me because I truly have no clue about sprinkler systems. To my delight, they were very honest and up front about everything regarding my system. They said a few of the sprinkler heads were covered up by some overgrown weeds and grass so they just cleared them out!! They also found sprinkler heads I didn't even know existed LMAO
There was some faulty wiring which explains why some of the sprinkler heads weren't functioning, along with a couple other minor repairs to some of the sprinklers. I had truly thought almost half of the sprinklers were going to need to be replaced and possibly need to be dug up due to lack of water flow.
That turned out to be a problem with the main box which I just had switched out completely, although they offered a cheaper solution.
I am really happy with what they did, how fast they were able to complete everything and that they were honest about just needing some weeds pulled out LOL
I absolutely recommend them here and have already recommended them to my family!

They were very prompt in all communications and I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. They actually arrived to our appointment early because they finished the previous appointment sooner than expected and waited about 15 min for me to arrive before our scheduled appointment after contacting me and telling me they were on their way. They were able to perform the service on the same day they came to examine the system and evaluate my requested service. I requested a written estimate for those services but never received one. Their cost was about half of the estimate I received from another company I had come and provide an estimate, who, by the way, also never provided me with a written estimate. Is this an in-ground irrigation repair thing? The final bill was a bit higher than I expected based upon the verbal estimate. I received the bill via internet with a notice that said it was immediately overdue, even though I received it the day after the service and paid it the next day. Some of the heads still get stuck in the "active" position after the system turns off even though one of the services I specifically requested was to make sure all of them returned to the "down" position when the system turned off.
