We just moved to San Antonio, and the house we moved into had a sprinklersystem that hadn't been maintained. In addition, the schedule used wasn't appropriate for a stage 3 drought. Jacob came out within a day, replaced all broken/damaged parts, and created the appropriate custom schedule (day/time and showed me how to pgm the system). He was great and I highly recommend Texas Sprinkler Pro!

TX sprinkler Pros came thru like champs. My sprinklersystem was on the fritz and they scheduled an inspection and were able to troubleshoot the issue. This system hadn’t been looked at in over 10 years.
Danny and the team quickly diagnosed the issue and were also able to replace some sprinkler heads that hadn’t survived a recent fence install.
They were quick and extremely professional. Money well spent and can’t recommend them highly enough!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will consist of two options one for travel to residence and estimate will be given on site or our consult which includes an hour for an assessment of your whole system and repairs or adjustments needed. (parts are extra)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication through text or call and a brief introduction along with a discussion of our customers issues and scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a Licensed Master Irrigator on staff for all types of repairs or to assist in any regular maintenance.
