- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Ducky Pools, we believe in fair, transparent pricing, not 'bait and switch' tactics. While we may not be the cheapest option in town, we are the most consistent. What You Get: All-Inclusive Service: Our monthly rate includes standard chemicals, netting, brushing, and vacuuming. We don't nickel-and-dime you for chlorine every week. Proof of Service: You receive a digital report (with photos) after every visit, so you never have to wonder if we showed up. Reliability: You are paying for a Veteran-Owned business that shows up on time, every time. "We don't make way for the rain...The rain makes way for us."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it incredibly easy. Initial Assessment: We stop by to inspect your pool and equipment (you don't even have to be home!). Digital Quote: We send you a clear, flat-rate quote via email. Onboarding: Once approved, you receive a 'Welcome' email with your service day. Peace of Mind: After every single visit, you’ll receive a digital report with a photo of your clean pool and chemical readings, so you always know we were there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Veteran-Owned business, we apply military-grade discipline and attention to detail to pool care. We are a member of IPSSA (Independent Pool and Spa Service Association), which means we stay up-to-date on the latest water chemistry safety standards and equipment repairs. We treat your pool's sanitation seriously to keep your family safe. We also take the time to ensure that our technician's are CPO (Certified Pool Operators) with Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) which is a great way of demonstrating that we do indeed know our stuff.
