Great service. Always on site prior to the appointment. Great attitude. Very social able and competitive prices. Add this to the Ducky perosna, Scott is a great person to be added to cleaning the pools and taking care of maintenence. Highly recommend.

Ducky Pools has been awesome to work with. Super reliable and easy to communicate with, which honestly goes a long way. They always show up when they say they will, and I really like the digital reports after each visit so I know exactly what was done to the pool. Now that its warming up again I am excited to hop in! They are honest, fair with pricing, and easy to talk to, not pushy or salesy at all. It is nice knowing the pool is taken care of without having to worry about it. If you are in the San Antonio area I would definitely recommend Ducky Pools. Solid service and someone you can actually trust. Ive even convinced some of my neighbors to hire them and they are extremely happy I did.

At Ducky Pools, we believe in fair, transparent pricing, not 'bait and switch' tactics. While we may not be the cheapest option in town, we are the most consistent.
What You Get:
All-Inclusive Service: Our monthly rate includes standard chemicals, netting, brushing, and vacuuming. We don't nickel-and-dime you for chlorine every week.
Proof of Service: You receive a digital report (with photos) after every visit, so you never have to wonder if we showed up.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it incredibly easy.
Initial Assessment: We stop by to inspect your pool and equipment (you don't even have to be home!).
Digital Quote: We send you a clear, flat-rate quote via email.
Onboarding: Once approved, you receive a 'Welcome' email with your service day.
Peace of Mind: After every single visit, you’ll receive a digital report with a photo of your clean pool and chemical readings, so you always know we were there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Veteran-Owned business, we apply military-grade discipline and attention to detail to pool care. We are a member of IPSSA (Independent Pool and Spa Service Association), which means we stay up-to-date on the latest water chemistry safety standards and equipment repairs. We treat your pool's sanitation seriously to keep your family safe. We also take the time to ensure that our technician's are CPO (Certified Pool Operators) with Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) which is a great way of demonstrating that we do indeed know our stuff.
