Customers talk directly to me and not to one of my employees and i have 15+years experience in the construction and servicing of swimming pools. Where do I start! After spending ridiculous amount and time and money,with other so call pool experts. I decide to try my luck with Texas Heat and pool service. Ted responded immediately and came out the same day and everyday that week until he got my pool crystal clear and adjusted the chemicals. Could not be happier with his service. And have now hired him to come weekly to service my pool... Ted knows what he is doing and is an expert pool equipment and getting my pool looking beautiful again. Thank you Ted!

Ted has been of great help to our pool! Our previous service provider dropped the ball after a big storm and two weeks later our pool was a green lagoon. Ted offered to come same day and service it right there, he also came back three days in a row to make our pool blue again. Ted also replaced our valve for a very reasonable fee and our pool has been impeccable since he took over weekly maintenance. Awesome service and attitude!

Punctual, very professional, very nice to deal with-and has a vast knowledge of all swimming pool services. His prices were also lower than everyone else. I will use him every single time I need anything done with my pool. Take it from someone like me with 40 years of having pool work done-this company is by far best I have ever used!
