Nick was already very busy but did respond to my inquiry within 24 hours. We exchanged information and agreed on a time when he would come out to assess our need. He came out at that time, checked our pool pump and filter and told us the problem was likely the filter needed to be replaced. He did mention the possibility that the pump also needed replacing but the filter did for sure. He said he’d send us a quote for the parts and labor, and he did so the next day, and told us when he could do the work, which was within the next three days. He did and the quote was *much* lower than the other company we had contacted, *and* included a higher-rated cartridge filter than the other quote. We agreed, he ordered the new filter, and he brought it and did most of the work the evening he picked up the part! He worked from 7-10 pm and the next morning for about 45 minutes and was done! He showed us how to clean the new filter and explained how often to do it. He did require that we pay him with either cash,cash app or Venmo, so we had to make a trip to the bank, but that was the only inconvenience. Nick was dependable, knowledgeable, polite, hard-working and cleaned up after himself. The new cartridge filter works great and we couldn’t be more pleased! We would call him again in a heartbeat!
I had a crack that needed repaired and new waterline tiles added as well as plumbing work and a new heater. Work was performed on time and to high quality

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new custumer I like to meet with him or her and discuss what they need and take a look at their needs. From there I walk thru the solution and pricing letting them know what needs to be done to remedy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the army my job was a water treatment specialist, which was balancing chemicals and purifying water. I am also CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certified.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Prior to owning my pool business I was in the army. I was a Water Treatment Specialist, which is purifying water. I wanted to do something along the balancing of chemicals for water. After I served in the army I started working with my father in law’s pool business. I worked with him for two years learning what he taught me. I then opened my own business and have been running it for over three years now.
