Ruben maintained our filter, cleaned our pool and fountain, changed a spa light and also power washed our deck. He des a great job and is always dependable and professional. We are moving in 2 years and didn't want to spend a lot on updating the pool, so we posted that we were thinking about painting it. Ruben replied that he was sure there were better options for us, so we asked him to come by and have a look. He was friendly and professional, and he gave us a free quote for what he could do for us within our tight budget. He also offered some other advise about pool care that we found very helpful, and then with no pressure for an answer about hiring him, he told me to just let him know what we decide and he left. It took all of 15 minutes of family discussion to know that he was the right guy for us, so I called him and he agreed to start work the very next day, because he was concerned that we had already started draining the pool a week earlier and there was a lot of plaster exposed to the sun which I now know is bad. He arrived on time the next morning, and he did exactly what he had promised to do in the time he said it would take. This pool has never looked better!!! Thank goodness we found Ruben before we went and did something I'm sure we would've regretted down the road ;-)
