The cleaning of the floor was actually pretty good, but whatever they used to clean the floor splashed up all over my stainless steel appliances and we are unable to get it off. So needless to say it completely ruined them. They never called my husband back about it, I called and they were supposed to call me back with a solution, never got a call back. Then, we were having pictures taken of our house to list for sale and my phone call was ignored, left a message without a call back. We simply just wanted to fix the issue for the next owners of the house, now we will end up having to take a drop in price because of this. The price is totally different than the quote on her as well, they said it was to fault of this site, which is fine, but nothing of that was said to me when I set up the appt.

Pricing is based on location to be cleaned, square footage, type of flooring and exact cleaning requirements. All estimates are FREE!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon contacting Advanced will set up the in-home estimate and consult. Typically services are completed same day if estimate is acceptable. If it is late in the day, services can be booked within the week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jeff has been in the tile and grout cleaning industry for 10+ years. He has completed multiple certificates on stone restoration including proper choice of solutions to ensure proper cleaning and to prevent damage to the natural stone. Our equipment not only cleans but sanitizes as the unit utilizes heated water when in use.
