- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing is done by square foot pricing. the only exception is when I'm cleaning residential carpets. For that I price it by room. 3 rooms for $99.00 ( includes hallway between rooms) and $25-$50 each additional room depending on size and accessibility compared to the original rooms being cleaned. When cleaning tile floors I start @ $0.35 per square foot and up. Unless the floor has been neglected and needs more attention than normal to get clean the price will not go up. We also offer different type of sealers for grout and tile coating. We also clean driveways and sidewalks, they start at $100.00 for a driveway that measures 350 square feet or less. each additional square foot will cost $0.25
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would like to perform a on site evaluation ( residential or Commercial customer). this will allow me to review with the customer their needs of services and I'm able to set the proper expectation of cleaning being performed by providing a small demo on their tile floors. One thing I will never do is to over promise and under deliver my services. I will take before and after pictures to have proof of service. and will perform an follow up visit to ensure a satisfaction of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been in the cleaning business for 10 years, before I started my own company I managed a national deep cleaning services in San Antonio and south Texas. I started as a market mananger and moved my self up to a regional director for deep clean services for my area.
