The installer did a beautiful job installing the tile on our front porch. He was very meticulous with what he was doing. The only negative thing I would have to say Is that they weren't very punctual of when they said they would get to the house every day, but once they did arrive they worked very hard and kept the work area clean.

We’ve had a great experience with Victor, and I’m very thankful we chose him for our tile work. We have had terrible luck with nearly every other trade, including the first tile guy who messed up our bathroom. Victor and his employee laid the tile for our laundry room, did all the prep work and tile work for a bathroom, and repaired the screwed up bathroom. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and I know I am extremely particular. The prep work, which is essential, was very important to Victor, whereas many others only care about the finished look. He made sure everything was installed to the manufacturer’s specifications and installed waterproofing correctly. Our other contractor installed all the tile without waterproofing unfortunately. I have not noticed any lippage, crooked tiles, chips, uneven lines, etc. Victor made sure the cuts were perfectly smooth and used a laser to get lines exact. He even made sure the smallest cuts were in the least obvious locations, which I wouldn’t have thought of, but it’s important. They did exactly what I hoped for, and then went a step further. We will hire him to do our master bathroom and kitchen backsplash as well.

Victor did a fantastic job. Our existing shower had been installed only 5 years ago but it leaked and had lots of problems. He showed us all the things the previous installers did wrong. He was very thorough and really knew what he was doing. He used quality materials and now our shower is the best we have ever had!
