- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide detailed, transparent estimates with no hidden fees. Every project is priced based on the scope of work, materials, and preparation required to ensure a long-lasting installation. We offer free on-site estimates in the San Antonio area and occasionally run promotions or discounts for larger projects. Our goal is to deliver quality workmanship and value, not just the lowest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation and on-site visit to evaluate the project, discuss design ideas, and take measurements. After that, we provide a detailed written estimate outlining the scope of work. Once approved, we review and sign a contract, schedule the project, and begin work. Throughout the project, we keep our clients informed with regular updates to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years of hands-on experience specializing in tile installation, shower remodeling, waterproofing systems, and flooring projects. I stay up to date with industry standards and manufacturer installation methods, including Schluter waterproofing systems and other professional tile installation products. Proper preparation and waterproofing are a major focus of our work to ensure long-lasting results.
