I initially chose 3 contractors from the list I was sent from Thumbtack Inc. I was contacted by all service providers. Luna Tree service was the second contact of the day. Gilbert arrived before our scheduled appointment. Gave me an estimate to trim my tree in the back yard. The estimate was in line with others I had received. I also asked him how much it would be to remove the tree since it was a 20 year old ash tree. He quoted me an even better price than I had received from competitors. We agreed on the price and scheduled to have the tree removed on the 14th of Feb. A strong storm passed thru with heavy rain on the night of the 13th. Gilbert contacted me and we agreed to reschedule for safety reasons. Thursday Feb. 16th. the crew arrived before their appointed start time,again. It was great to have a contractor show up early. They started to work at 9:00 and the tree and debris were cleaned up and removed by 2:00. It was nice to have a contractor do what was agreed on and the work was excellent. I would highly recommend Luna tree service to anyone needing their services. Mike Thomas
