- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Music lesson monthly packages (payment due by the first lesson of the month): Hourly four lesson package: $275 Half hour four lesson package: $155 Hourly five lesson package: $345 Half hour five lesson package: $195 If you would like to take lessons once a week, you will be charged $70 an hour and $40 a half hour. If you would like lessons twice a month, I will charge $75 an hour or $45 for a half hour lesson. If you would like lessons once a month, you will be charged $80 an hour and $50 for a half hour lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule an appointment to talk to new clients on the phone to determine their level of musical experience and determine their musical goals. I also would like to talk about how they learn best so that each lesson is effective for their needs. Also, we need to determine what days and times they are available to have their lessons as well as which method of payment works best for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a Bachelor of Music degree in Viola Performance from the University of Michigan and received highest honors.
