- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
RECEIVE CUSTOMERS INFORMATION. FIND OUT THE CAUSE AND TYPE OF LOSS. SEND TECHS OUT TO EXTRACT THE WATER AND SET UP DRYING EQUIPMENT. IF ANY CONTENTS OR FURNITURE NEEDS TO BE MOVED WE WILL SEND OUT OUR PACKING CREW. THE NEXT STEP WOULD BE TO SEND REBUILD OUT WE WILL ASSIST YOU IN SELECTING FINISHES, FLOORING, FIXTURES AND ALL THE OTHER DETAILS NO WORK WILL BE DONE AND NO PRODUCTS WILL BE PURCHASED WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL. WE DEAL WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY SO YOU DONT HAVE TO.
