Introduction: At Canco we are dedicated to our clients from start to finish. We understand the loss and detriment you may have just experienced and we're here to help. Our technicians will walk you through the process and put your worries to rest as they restore your property. We will be there when you need us, middle of the night or into the weekend. We are an emergency service team ready to be there whenever you call. We will dry out the structure, remove any damaged material, and set up drying equipment. Once the affected areas have dried we can begin the build-back portion. During the build-back we will replace and restore the affected area back to it's original condition. At Canco we are attentive and detail-oriented when it comes to your needs. We'll make sure you are satisfied with our work.

Hello Patrick, I apologize but to be fair you did call a full fledged construction company and asked us to pull an employee from the job he was working on and send them across town to show one of your renters how to turn on a dishwasher, so I apologize that we were unable to do it and you did not want to pay for the service call fee you only wanted to pay $15 so I do apologize but we are not set up to do landlords errands for them. But we wish you all the luck.

RECEIVE CUSTOMERS INFORMATION. FIND OUT THE CAUSE AND TYPE OF LOSS. SEND TECHS OUT TO EXTRACT THE WATER AND SET UP DRYING EQUIPMENT. IF ANY CONTENTS OR FURNITURE NEEDS TO BE MOVED WE WILL SEND OUT OUR PACKING CREW. THE NEXT STEP WOULD BE TO SEND REBUILD OUT WE WILL ASSIST YOU IN SELECTING FINISHES, FLOORING, FIXTURES AND ALL THE OTHER DETAILS NO WORK WILL BE DONE AND NO PRODUCTS WILL BE PURCHASED WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL. WE DEAL WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY SO YOU DONT HAVE TO.
