FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe a good deal is about value—not simply finding the cheapest price. Our pricing reflects professional workmanship, quality materials, properly equipped technicians, licensing, insurance, warranties, and the support needed to stand behind our work. We provide pricing before work begins so you can make an informed decision. We’ll explain your options whenever possible and never want a customer to feel pressured into work they don’t understand. We have a $75 Dispatch Fee for quotes/bids, this fee is waived if customer approves our estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what’s going on and what you’re hoping to accomplish. We’ll schedule a convenient appointment and send a professional plumber to evaluate the situation in person. Once we understand the problem, we’ll explain what we found, answer your questions, and provide options and pricing before moving forward. If you approve the work, we can often complete repairs during the same visit. For larger projects, we’ll explain the timeline, permitting, materials, and next steps so you know what to expect from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plumbing is a licensed skilled trade that requires extensive hands-on training, technical knowledge, and continuing education. Our team works under licensed plumbing professionals and receives ongoing training in plumbing systems, diagnostics, safety, installation methods, codes, customer service, and new products and technology. We believe training shouldn’t stop once someone earns a license. Continuing education and technician development are an important part of how we maintain consistent quality.
