Martin gave me a price which was lower than other bids I had received. However, the QUALITY of his SERVICE was top dollar! He came as promised. He did the installation exactly as promised as well as providing us with valuable information concerning the cause of the original problem. There were NO surprises! Martin is truly a PROFESSIONAL in every sense! We will definitely use his services again!

I contacted Martin to perform a repair on my water heater. He made special effort to come in the afternoon when he could've punted 'til the following morning, especially given the heavy rains that made the trip uninviting. He displayed a willingness to go the extra mile in securing a part from a supply store that had closed for the day. He was conscientious as weIl -- making sure to test for any gas leaks after he'd done the repair even though the space was not easy to work in. I thought his pricing was very fair. I assume he's very competent overall but my repair didn't really present a challenge. I would not hesitate to use him or recommend him.

Martin had the job finished before an end of a show I was watching. Excellent craftsmanship and worth ethic. Very polite and understanding, is only putting it mildly. Martin is the very best. He came to remove an existing gas pipe/line that was an eye sore. He was very prompt and did an exceptional job. He even checked to make sure my gas water heaters were turned back on before he left. Will use again!!

Wish I could give Martin all 5 highlights because he was great across the board. He reached out to me immediately, gave me an incredibly competitive quote, and encouraged me to shop around. He reached out immediately, was quick to return my calls/texts, and was able to get me scheduled for the following day to get my hot water heater replaced. He showed up when he said he would, got right to work, and finished in a really reasonable about if time. When he left I couldn’t even tell he was here. Not only did he give me a very competitive price, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and in the best possible condition. Before leaving, he told me if I have any plumbing questions (outside the work he did) I can call him and he’ll try and walk me through solutions. I will definitely use Martin again!
