Martin gave me a price which was lower than other bids I had received. However, the QUALITY of his SERVICE was top dollar!
He came as promised. He did the installation exactly as promised as well as providing us with valuable information concerning the cause of the original problem. There were NO surprises! Martin is truly a PROFESSIONAL in every sense! We will definitely use his services again!

I contacted Martin to perform a repair on my water heater. He made special effort to come in the afternoon when he could've punted 'til the following morning, especially given the heavy rains that made the trip uninviting. He displayed a willingness to go the extra mile in securing a part from a supply store that had closed for the day. He was conscientious as weIl -- making sure to test for any gas leaks after he'd done the repair even though the space was not easy to work in. I thought his pricing was very fair. I assume he's very competent overall but my repair didn't really present a challenge. I would not hesitate to use him or recommend him.

Martin had the job finished before an end of a show I was watching. Excellent craftsmanship and worth ethic. Very polite and understanding, is only putting it mildly. I sent Martin an email about 7:30 in the morning and he answered me 20 minutes later!! He was able to stop by the house and see the problem the same day in the evening. I had a leaking pipe just under the edge of my driveway by the house. He broke up the cement and fixed the pipe the next evening for $350.00 ($50.00 under his estimate)!! He was neat, punctual, and professional. I highly recommend Martin Garcia for whatever plumbing project you need to have done!

Contacted Thumbtack 10/6/15. Martin was the first to reply. He made a fair offer ( verbal bid ) and was able to replace two water heaters the next day. All fittings were replaced to code. The job was completed in 4.5 hours and the mess was all cleaned up. No left over boxes or scraps. He does it right. Clean cut, well spoken, no problems.
