Alamo replaced old Culligan system from previous homeowner time, after Culligan couldnt offer solution for water as hard as ours. Easy to operate solutions that get the job done. They also augmented our water well holding tank plumbing with a purifying solution to knock out bacteria. Everything works great, looks great a year later. In annual follow-up maintenance they tested and made a minor adjustment to cycle frequencies though by all appearances to us looked good, appreciate the expertise.

Alamo Water Softeners has always been helpful from the sales to the service. We've had a softener for 3 years now and have been extremely pleased. Our most recent service visit was with James and he was absolutely amazing! He explained everything very thoroughly with us as to what he was doing and how we could improve on maintaining our system, regardless if he's done this before... no judgement whatsoever. If you're looking for a water softener, I highly recommend Alamo!

We scheduled a water softener tune up. Our tech was Steven Tavarez. Steven was a pleasure to work with. He explained what we needed to have done in detail and went about his work efficiently. I appreciated his candor and advice pertaining to maintaining our softener and what to look out for when a future service call will be needed. He is an excellent rep for the company.

I had David come over to do some general maintenance on my water softener equipment and he did a great job. There was a small leak and he quickly identified the problem; removed the faulty parts, installed new ones, and the leak was gone. I liked he took the time to explain how the whole system works and what parts he was replacing. He also cleaned out the salt tank, adjusted some of the system settings, and added two bags of salt to the tank. Our system is working flawlessly now. David was down to earth and very kind. I am extremely satisfied with the service he provided and highly recommend him. Thank you David and thanks to Alamo Water Softeners for making the process so easy.
