I just moved into a house with a water softener in the garage. When I left for work in the morning there was a weird sound coming from it that I'd never heard before. I go to work early so my post on thumbtack came up just after 6am. Paul contacted me almost immediately and was able to come and see me later in the day. This, in my opinion, is a HUGE positive in my book.
He was able to answer my questions very quickly and reassure me that it likely wasn't a huge issue (I was concerned the softener would spring a huge leak and flood my garage).
He showed up, went right to work, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my water softener. As it turns out, the people I bought my house from left a dead water softener. Paul diagnosed the issue, did a few checks in other areas to make sure that was the real issue, and recommended a course of action to move out on.
I am going to need to replace my water softener, but after doing the research Paul suggested I know I'll be getting a fantastic deal using him. He's incredibly knowledgeable and will definitely be the guy I call to replace my water softener.

Paul did a fantastic job! He arrived when he said he would. He explained everything that needed to be done and why. His prices were very fair and the end product is outstanding! He was much more thorough than the technician from a different company that originally installed our softener 7 years ago. I was very happy with the service provided. They began by explaining how water softening works and the equipment they use. They encouraged me to go and read online about the equipment they use and the company that produces it. My installation was scheduled quickly, only two days later. They came as promised and were extremely professional. The installation went quickly and they left the area neat and clean. I highly recommend this company and would recommend them to my friends.

Fantastic service!!! I called with an emergency on Saturday morning. They communicated with me right away. He was very professional. He fixed our problem we our water softner. He also taught us what went wrong and educated us. This will be my go to guy for plumbing!!!
